These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, content, and other experiences offered by GWOW! Pet Lab.

GWOW! Pet Lab is a commercial brand operated from Medellín, Colombia.

By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Pre-Order Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

1. About GWOW! Pet Lab

GWOW! Pet Lab develops products, experiments, and experiences designed to encourage exploration, play, sensory stimulation, curiosity, and interaction between pets and their humans.

  • Beta versions
  • Prototype or experimental products

Product availability may vary by market, destination, inventory, production capacity, and shipping availability.

GWOW! Pet Lab operates from Medellín, Colombia and is developing its presence in Colombia and selected international markets, including the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.

2. Eligibility and customer information

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • You will provide an accurate and complete billing and shipping address.

GWOW! Pet Lab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the same Returns & Refunds Policy applies to Beta, prototype, experimental, and regular products.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

GWOW! Pet Lab reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

These products will be identified as pre-order products.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Returns and refunds

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • GWOW! Pet Lab sent an incorrect product;
  • The product arrived damaged or defective;
  • GWOW! Pet Lab made an error affecting the order; or
  • Applicable law requires a different arrangement.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by GWOW! Pet Lab, a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will communicate the outcome and process any approved refund using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

12. Product use and pet safety

GWOW! Pet Lab products are designed for responsible use.

Pet owners are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet, taking into account factors such as:

  • Behavior
  • Strength
  • Chewing habits
  • Activity level
  • Individual characteristics
  • Health considerations

No pet product is suitable for every animal, and no product should be assumed to be indestructible unless explicitly stated.

Customers should:

GWOW! Pet Lab may provide educational content, guides, eBooks, tips, experiments, articles, videos, or other information related to pets, play, sensory stimulation, exploration, and wellbeing.

It should not be considered veterinary, medical, behavioral, nutritional, diagnostic, or other professional advice.

Every pet is different. Customers and pet owners are responsible for observing their pets and adapting activities appropriately.

The eBook and educational materials published by GWOW! Pet Lab are intended to encourage observation, exploration, and responsible interaction with pets.

14. Product availability and limitations

Product availability may be limited by:

If you submit or share reviews, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, or other content with GWOW! Pet Lab, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share that content.
